Video 1 – Confrmo Connect
The video shows a user securely connecting the Confrmo mobile app to a desktop session by scanning a Confrmo code. The connection is confirmed on both devices, creating a live, time-limited session through which the organisation can interact with the verified user.
Video 2 – Confrmo: It’s You
The video shows an organisation requesting to view a specific identity document. The request arrives in the Confrmo app, where the user reviews and approves it. The document then appears temporarily on the organisation’s desktop screen without being sent as a downloadable copy, and either party can end the session.
Video 3 – NFC Passport Onboarding
The video shows a user immediately after capturing the passport photo page and then holding a compatible iPhone against the passport to read its embedded NFC chip. Confrmo processes the digitally signed chip information, records the verification result, and securely adds the passport to the user’s private document vault. The passport chip is read-only and is never altered or paired with the phone.
Video 4 – Account Deletion
The video shows a user signing in to Confrmo, navigating to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account, reviewing what will be permanently removed, confirming the request and completing the required security check. Confrmo then deletes and anonymises the account data, revokes the user’s active sessions and signs the user out automatically, completing the entire process within the app without requiring contact with customer support.
