Asset Verification

Asset verification against a live, signed register.

Serial numbers can be cloned and certificates can be forged. Confrmo verifies assets against a live register: every registered asset carries a cryptographically signed certificate, a unique VCode and an audit trail, publicly checkable in seconds at ledger.confrmo.com.

From registration to verification

An issuer registers the asset through the Confrmo API. The record is sealed with a register code, a VCode and a cryptographic signature. From that moment anyone can scan the VCode or enter the code to view the live certificate and confirm authenticity, status and ownership.

One register, many markets

The same verification flow serves carbon and methane credits, luxury goods, event tickets, supply chain records, property documents, equipment and certificates, giving each market a trusted source of truth without building its own registry.

Tamper-evident by design

Every change to a record is signed and appended to its audit trail. A certificate that does not match its record is flagged immediately, which is exactly how counterfeit and tampered assets surface.

Common questions

What teams ask first.

How do assets get their VCode?
VCodes are generated at registration through the API or issuer console and applied to the asset as a printed or embedded mark.
Can verification work offline at the point of inspection?
Scanning needs connectivity to read the live register, which is the point: verification reflects the current state, not a cached copy.
What does verification cost the person checking?
Nothing. Public verification is free and requires no account.
