These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Confrmo mobile application, website, APIs, SDKs and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About Confrmo
Confrmo is a digital identity platform that helps individuals securely prove their identity, authenticate themselves, approve transactions and share verified information with participating organisations.
Confrmo provides technology to facilitate identity verification, authentication and secure information sharing. Depending on the service being used, Confrmo may verify identity, perform biometric authentication, confirm user presence, facilitate secure document presentation and enable transaction approvals.
Confrmo is a technology provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Confrmo does not make decisions on behalf of third-party organisations regarding account creation, access rights, employment, financial services, lending, insurance, gambling participation, healthcare, government services, eligibility or any other regulated or commercial decision.
Any decision to approve, reject, restrict or otherwise act upon information provided through Confrmo is made solely by the requesting organisation in accordance with its own policies, legal obligations and regulatory requirements. While Confrmo helps reduce identity fraud and impersonation risk, it does not guarantee the legitimacy of any person, organisation, transaction or outcome.

Confrmo may refuse, suspend or revoke verification where fraud, inconsistencies, failed security checks or legal obligations require it.
